Fruits all day. Dinner today was a mango, a banana with crunchy pb and a smoothie (1frozen banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, oat milk, rocky road whey) topped with hemp seeds.

Breakfast this morning was blueberry chobani greek yogurt topped with strawberries and lots of pumpkin flax granola. Hot coffee on the side.

I outlined my body from my starting photo and put it on top of my current photo so I could see my progress in a new way. I think it came out very interesting. From 180 to 150. It really shows how weight comes off everywhere.
